My name is Lydia, I am a therapist and coach for women. I believe my calling is to support you in reaching a level of emotional wellness where you can live out the rest of your life, truly connected to who you are, your purpose, your power, and your beauty.

I am a mother to three astounding children. Becoming a mother has ignited a fire within me to reach women in the most transformative moments of their lives. To journey through these, better, wiser, stronger, and more beautiful than before.

I have 10 years of therapy and coaching experience, and I believe with my support you will gain the tools and confidence to tackle the obstacles holding you back.

Whatever your life stage, I am here to listen, care, and hold space for your experiences and feelings. To help you find your way to the life you've always dreamed of.
